Window latch repair

A quick learner says:
Went to clean my windows and click the little buttons to have the window tilt inwards to clean and something popped and went flying out. Need to replace it have looked no Home Depot the windows are not under warranty. I am the second owner of the home since the windows have been installed the only thing I see on there is a big N and numbers 92

Hello! This part is called a tilt latch. They often grow brittle due to constant sun exposure, so this damage is fairly routine. Fortunately, they're very easy to replace.

I suggest looking at our 26-244. I believe this is a match for the one in your picture. We also sell the 26-243 for the opposite side, if you needed it. I'll share our dimensions below for your consideration.
