Window operator replacement

A home owner from Chicago says:
The arm operator on my window operator sheered off and no longer works. I'm looking to replace it. Not sure which operator is the right replacement piece. And then also, the eye hooks on the window that would act as the locking mechanism on the actual window is missing.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

Take a look and compare the 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGard operators to yours, paying close attention to the length of the shorter link arm.

As for your sash lock, review the 38-075, which uses the 38-089 keeper. Thanks for posting!
