Not sure what thr other piece is but holds the window in place so it doesn't slide down.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Our 26-373 and 26-404 come to mind for the pivot bar. Take a look at the specifications for each and see how they compare with an undamaged pivot bar.

As for the lock, could you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center? That will help us narrow down some options.
