This pivot bar is often used with the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe, which appears to be the shoe currently installed in the window channel. You'll need to remove the shoe from the window and compare the dimensions to determine if this is the right fit. Although, I am confident this is the right replacement.

This shoe is compatible with the 1/2" thick Series 152 Coil Balance. To confirm the spring strength needed to support your sash weight, you'll need to remove your coils and look for any stamps/markings that might indicate the amount of weight the coil can hold. For example, if your coil is marked with a 7, you would need to choose the S152-7. 

Should your coils not have any stamps/marking, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash. Once you have the sash weight, you'll divide it by the number of coils in the window.

You'll likely also need the 33-072 to secure the coil balance to the shoe as well as the 15-143 Coil Bushing, the 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and the 15-145 Coil Support Barrel.
