A handy person from Green Bay, Wisconsin says:
I have a pivot window Soft Lite brand name. The housing is broke (you can see a crack) as well as the pivot bar is broken. Please provide a quote for these part. Thank you.

Hello there. This looks like a 15-087 Pivot Shoe. This shoe uses Series 180 Coil Balances. If you're replacing the springs, you need to know what spring weight to select. Look for a stamp on the old coil spring that indicates this--don't go by the stamp on the pivot shoe; with this particular setup we find that's not accurate to go off of. If there is no stamp on the spring or you are unsure, give us the exact weight of the window sash, and we can work out what you need. Finally, the 15-087 often uses either 26-040, 26-063, or 26-125 Pivot Bars; but you'll need to compare an undamaged pivot bar to these options to see if any of them can work for you.
