Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like your balance's top and bottom fittings are winged. With that in mind, I recommend either the S380-30 or S385-30 channel balances. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom fitting as shown below. You'll also want to select the 2930 option based on your 29 3 stamp.

Hello Emily, thank you for the help. I have bought the correct parts and now it appears that I need some other pieces also. I have attached a photo for reference. These are at the tops of the windows and appear to be in a 5/8 wide slot

I'm happy to help! The part you are searching for is the window top sash guide. This part helps to guide the balance in the channel, when opening and closing the window. It also prevents the balance from shooting up into the channel, which can cause the window to jam.

Your exact top sash guide is no longer made, unfortunately. The good news is that our 18-171 should still work as a suitable replacement. You'll need to cut the piece at the top so that it will fit into the top of the sash. Carefully review and compare the part. See what you think!
