I need help finding the replacement part for this window that I have at my rental property. Can you please help me identify the part so I can replace it and send me link if possible.

Thanks for posting. This looks like our 15-087 Housing Shoe, which uses Series 180 Coil Balances. The top bracket looks like the 16-024. Please compare. For the coil spring, you need to choose a spring weight. This designates the weight the coil can support on its own. Look for stamps on the actual coil in that housing that indicate this. If there is none or you're unsure, give me the exact weight of the window sash, and I can work it out for you.
