Looking to replace broken window sash but can't identify the right number. 17 inches in length with the numbers on the attached photos.

Hey there!

Based on what I see here, I recommend our S380-17 or S385-17. These balances may look identical at first glance but note that the Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. Measure as shown in the image below to see which one matches up. You will also need to choose the 1640 strength option.
