Window slider

A handy person from Somers, CT says:

Could someone help me identify which part this is? The lower window doesn't stay up, and the upper window drops as soon as I release the lock. They are tilt windows, the shot with the code is from the good window and the shot of the upper spring disconnected is from the broken one. I can be reached by phone.

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. It sounds like you need new window balances. We may be able to help with this though I'll just need more information to confirm. Can you remove a balance from the window, along with the attachments, and show us a few photos?

A handy person from Somers, CT says:
Please see attached, I removed the balance and got some new photos of the hardware. Is there anything specific you need a better picture of?

Thanks for the additional photos! Based on what I see here, I recommend the S751-35 ribbed channel balance. We also sell the 19-029 and 19-030 S-clips which are sold separately. The 34X stamped on the metal channel doesn't match any of our options, however. You'll need to weigh the window sash on a scale and refer to the chart under the product description on the S751-35 store page in order to determine the proper option.

Let me know if you have any questions!
