Window tab lock for window

A home owner from Illinois says:
October 22, 2021
Vinyl replacement window, 31"wide x 36" tall. Over 20yrs old with no markings or manufacturer information. Each window has two of the above plastic tabs to lock the windows. These particular ones only have a single screw that connects them to the window. A few of these tabs have broken off and need to be replaced.
