Looks like you need new glazing. We don't sell this exact style but we sell several glazing types that may be used anyway. It will ultimately depend on size.

I'm unsure of the specific dimensions of your sample, but I have a few products you can look at to start. See our 55-011, 55-066, and 55-076. Carefully review our specs in each case to determine if any can be used to replace your original. You can also see our full selection here.
