Window weatherstripping

A quick learner from Dublin, OH says:

Hi, I'm trying to find replacement pile weatherstripping for vinyl clad windows that are about 30 years old. The base looks to be about 7/32" and the pile 5/16". The base slides easily in the track, so it may have shrunk over time.The pile appears to be wool, but I am not sure about that. The pile is separated into 2 parts by a fin of some sort shown in one of the photos.
I would appreciate any help you can give in knowing what to buy.
