Hell can you help me finding this parts for my window the top, bottom,handle for the window and the lock. I have 10 windows and not closing others are broken thanks for the help I appreciate a lot.

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 39-387 and 39-388 operators to see how they compare to your originals. 

For the window lock, compare the dimensions of the 38-090 style. 

For new hinges, take a look at the 36-048 2-bar hinge set that has a 10" sill track. Compare all dimensions to confirm a good fit! We also have a stainless steel option under 36-004-10
