Hello there. What is the issue with the window? Can it not raise or stay raised? If so, you may need to replace the channel balance in the side of the window. The channel balance is the metal channel with the cord that connects to the pivot shoe further down the sash. I have an idea of what balance this might be, but it would be best to remove it for us to have a closer look. Telling us the length of the metal channel, showing us how it connects to the top of the window track, and photographing any stamp on the metal, would be a huge help.

If the sash is not stable or cannot tilt in correctly, you might need to replace the pivot shoe, which I believe is our 15-208; but again, please remove and compare to confirm. See the videos that I have listed on this page for guidance. Let me know if you have any further questions.
