awning window crank opener

A home owner from Hawaii says:
4 awning window crank openers need replacing. Installed 2005-2006 in a wet climate (Hawaii). They all have sticker: AP-C40 49x96.
The plastic sliders that go in a channel on the bottom of the window all missing or damaged.
I would also like info on lubrication/maintenance for the new cranks.
Thanks, Bob

Thanks for reaching out to us, Bob! Our 39-239C awning operator looks like a good match. See the 39-536 pivot slide assembly if you need that as well. Just note this part is sold separately. The 39-451 is the compatible cover and handle.

As for lubrication, normally you'd use a type of lithium grease on the operator gears and a type of silicone spray on the tracks as it does not attract dirt or debris like grease can.
