balance channel part needed

A quick learner from Vero Beach, FL says:
Hi there,
Not sure if I have selected the correct part, 380, 1110, for this 12 " balance channel.
Could you head me in the right direction please?

Regards,
Paulette

Hello,

If the depth of your bottom balance attachment measures exactly 1" deep, I agree that you would use our S380-12 channel balance. Your stamp does indicate that you would use the 1110 strength option but if you want to be sure, you can weigh the window sash to make sure it falls between the 3 to 6 lbs weight range for the 1110 stamp. Thank you!

the depth of the bottom balance is exactly 7/8".

Casey from SWISCO responded:

In that case, your balances will need to be custom-made with our 7/8" deep 15-029 attachment, which is not available as a stock option. Just let us know how many balances you need and we can go from there.

A quick learner from Vero Beach, FL says:
I would need 2 please.

We just sent over an order link and price quotes for the balances you need. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!
