Looking for replacement lifts .it's a non tilt hurricane window it's heavy the number ' s at the top say 25-49 I'm guess that means 25lb 49" it's a white tube 5/8"

Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like you have a special hybrid balance. We can help with this but it will have to be a custom order. I'll just need to confirm a few details to get this moving for you. The 25 represents the length of the balance and the 49 represents the sash weight. Regarding the length, the balance tube should measure 25-1/2". The tube diameter should also be 1/2". Can you confirm those details for us, as well as the number of balances you'd like to purchase?
Emily, my balance tube white is 5/8" not 1/2" Thanks CraigÂ
Thanks for confirming that for me, Craig. I'm afraid our supplier only makes these hybrid balances with a 1/2" diameter and that's the only size we can supply.
Just in case you're interested, I will email you a purchase link and price for (2) of these balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note that there is a 5-6 week lead time as well. The tube will also measure 25-1/2" long.
If you need the bracket, see if the specifications of the 17-083 match up. Just note this can't be included in the order link so don't forget to add your desired quantity to your cart separately.
