To further review, are you able to show us a picture of the base of the operator crank? From there we can compare to our selection to determine the best fit. Thank you!

the black plastic fitting is 2 inches long and the base is 1 inch making the post 1/2 inch long on each side. the diameter is 1/8 of an inch

Thank you for the additional pictures,

Your operator resembles the 39-393 style which uses either the 39-340 or 39-424 bracket. The black tab is not available separately. If this is the only part that is needed, you will need to replace the full bracket. Compare both styles to determine the mounting style needed and let me know if have any additional questions!
