broken coil balance Eurocraft vynil window

Hello, I am looking for some help in finding this part. It is a coil balance in my window. The overall window size is 2'3" x 3'0" and the sash size is 2'2"x 18.5". If you could help me find this part I would purchase it. Thank you very much.
