broken crank

A handy person from Oneida, NY says:
The crank is marked "truth'. It seems that the gears are stripped. You can open the window, but you cannot close it.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Please start by reviewing the 39-239B awning operator to see how it compares to your original. This operator uses the 39-536 pivot slide. For a new cover, take a look at the 39-375 or the 39-451 depending on style preference.

We also carry the 39-239C stainless steel version. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions.
