Hello!

That worm gear can't be repaired or replaced, unfortunately. When this comes out, it means you'll need an all new operator. We can help but we'd need to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.

Thank you! Your operator reminds me of our 39-453 at first glance but I can't be 100% certain without seeing the end of the arms. Look over our dimensions and compare them with yours to see if this matches your original assembly.
