broken pivot

We'd be happy to look into this for you but the part in your photo appears to be damaged. Is there an intact hinge on the door that you could show us? Also, keep in mind that the 79-097 and 79-098 are opposite-handed versions of the same part. 

I agree that your pivot could be the 79-097 and 79-098. However, take a look at the similar door pivot pair, the 79-133 and 79-134. Both pivots are the same except for the top installation holes. The 79-097 pivot attaches to the top of the frame using 2 mounting screws, whereas the 79-133 top pivot uses 3 screws to attach it to the top of the frame. Take a look at both sets, along with the related video, to determine which set matches your original pivots.

Looking at your last photo, I can see that you have two mounting holes at the top of the header, which looks like it may match the installation hole placement of the 79-097 and 79-098. Also, take a look at the related video on how to install the new pivot set.
