Thanks for posting. This operator appears similar to the Andersen 39-264. Compare the dimensions with your old mechanism and see if you think this could work for you. For a new handle and cover, see the 39-152 and 39-267, respectively. Finally, you may need the 39-362 Adapter Plate, which helps this operator fit to windows typically built between 1995 and 1998.
