casement window operating assembly

Tom--as always--was focused directly on target with the two parts that allowed me to bring a 1987 installation on casement windows to the original effectiveness. Please remember: I am a 73-year-old DIYer. And yet I was able to bring the target fixture back to original operations. Tom, you are a superstar. Never, ever forget how much your clients respect your expertise. I sincerely trust that my comments convey my respect for the expertise and wisdom of the staff at SWISCO.
