I recently made a purchase for balancers, but unfortunately, I purchased the wrong ones. I have a total of 11 windows that require replacement balancers on both sides, meaning I will need a total of 22 balancers. I have attached pictures of the balancers I currently have. Could you please reach out to me to complete this order? The window frame is stamped with the code 28B-USB and the window itself weighs 14.1 pounds with a 1-inch shoe. Thank you.
