channel balances

A quick learner from New York says:
Hi, Im trying to order new channel balances and on it is says number 3840 (the brand of the window is All Season). I cant find it in your selection.

Its not a tilt window - it slides off when you slide it above the clip and push it to the side.

The width is 1/2'

and I need two new clips as well - 1' long and of steel.

I hope the windows can back up my poorly written order request.

best, Jeanne

Hi Jeanne, thank you for posting,

To further review, are you able to provide closer pictures of the top and bottom nylon attachments? Seeing these details will help determine the series your window uses. Thank you!

Thank you for the additional pictures,

It appears you have either our Series 351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or Series 390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 39" long and you will need a 3840 stamp option.

For new take out clips, please review the 16-002. Please review, the dimensions below. You mentioned that yours were 1" long, please note that these are 1-1/4". I cannot guarantee a direct fit if the dimensions differ.

Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions!
