Hello. I need to replace balances for my windows and narrowed it down on your website to the 30" Series 770 balance (I think...). Attached are pictures of my current balance. The length is 30" and is stamped "30G." I weighed the bottom sash of my window and it is 43 pounds.
Please confirm my choice and how I can get a 30G balance, as your website only lists 30F.

Hello, Miguel! We can definitely supply this balance, but it has to be a custom order due to that extra heavy sash. There's just one little issue, which is that the original stamp, 30G, is rated to carry 37 through 40 pounds, which falls under the given weight of 43 pounds. That said, we recommend reusing the old stamp in most cases. If your balances have been working fine all these years then you want to stick with 30G, even if it falls under. Does that make sense?
