Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement springs for jamb liners. The only part that we carry for these assemblies would be the 15-104 Caradco friction shoe. It also looks like you may be showing a tilt latch release lever, which we offer a selection of here. I'm sorry that we won't be able to offer more assistance with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
