hook on channel balance 18-5

We need an 18-5 channel balance that has a specific hook that comes attached to the balance already. The one in question is item code 62-108 (tension cord clip).

Hello!

This clip is most commonly used on extended travel balances but it's only one component in a very wide array of different configurations. The provided information is, unfortunately, not enough to narrow down that list so we'll need more information. Can we see photos of the balance's top and bottom fittings, along with the stamp? We'd also like to see a photo of the 62-108 hook that you have.
