A quick learner says:
the wheel diameter is 11/4 inches

The overall width is 1/4 and the wheel thickness is 3/16.

Your roller unfortunately isn't made anymore. It's an older, skinnier version of our 84-091M. I believe its true housing thickness is closer to 5/16" than 1/4", but either way the modern 84-091M is too thick to install in your door at 3/8".

I've heard of some customers who got our part to work, but it required widening the bottom opening of the frame to accommodate the larger housing. This is obviously not ideal. It's both ugly and not even a guarantee to begin with.

Ultimately, however, we don't have any other option. Your roller just isn't made anymore.

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
