looking for Top Sash guide

I need a pair of top sash guides for my windows.
They take a S390 channel balance, but I can't find the right matching top guide.

Thanks for posting. I am afraid we do not have an exact match for this Top Sash Guide. I believe our closest is the 18-199. The dimensions are all very close to what you report, just slightly off, such as the height of the 'head' and the distance between the holes. Do you think you could get this to work anyway? Take a look and let me know what you think.
