metal bracket at bottom of window both sides

A contractor from Ponte Vedra beach, FL 32082 says:
the bottom bracket that engages into the balance rod/assembly. I need 2 of them (one for each side) I tried contacting Caneproof windows of Palm Coast- Phone number disconnected.

The part you're looking for is called a pivot bar. I can't quite make yours out based on this photo, since it's still obscured, but it reminds me of our 26-297.

Your next step should be to remove the original and carefully compare its design and size to the diagram below. If they differ in any way, let me know exactly how and upload a new photo of it removed and I will do my best to find a better match.
