Hey there! Thanks for reaching out to us. If all you needed was the coil balance cover, then we have a couple different options to consider. It will ultimately depend on the quantity and thickness of the springs. Start with our 15-205 triple spring support or our 15-206 quad spring support. Both covers are designed to work with 3/8" thick springs. As for the tilt latch, one possible replacement this latch would be our 26-243. We also sell the 26-244 for the opposite side, in case you needed that. Keep in mind that this is an educated guess. To verify, you will need to remove the original and compare its size to the dimensions I'll list below. As long as they all match up then you should be good to go.
