need help

A quick learner says:
Hi, I'm new to balancer replacement. I found a video and removed some balancers from some unhappy windows. They length of the channel is 14 1/4" which I see on the website. The pictures on your website seem to match with what I've removed. The stamp on the balancer is "BMI 3636". Does this play into ordering? Also, I assume prices are per item (not per pair). So, I just need to double (or x4 prices since both sashes can move up and down. While I'm here... do you guys sell new casements? (The wooden parts that attach to the glass frame? I may be getting that terminology wrong).

Hello,

Your balance resembles the Peachtree S745-14. Take a look and compare the specifications to your assembly. You'll notice that the strength options differ from your 3636 stamp code, so you'll need to weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight. Thanks for posting!
