Hello!

This appears to be the Series 751 ribbed channel balance. As for the pivot bar and S-clip, see the 26-150 and 19-030 which are sold separately. However, note that the stamp imprinted on the metal channel doesn't match any of our options so you will need to weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the proper strength option. There's a chart under the product description on the S751-25 store page that will tell you what option is best based on the weight of the window sash.

Will the 25 inch channel balance work for a 24?

Is the metal channel 24" long? If so, you would want the S751-24.
