need help with replacement parts

Ive searched the website and came up empty. I am assuming the parts are discontinued, but am hoping that there is a replacement part for each. What I am looking for is to replace the two pivot shoes, and the one pivot bar. The one picture of the shoe in the jamb is intact and what the actual shoe looks like. the shoe outside of the window is broken. Ive submitted pictures with measurements, hopefully this helps. I appreciate any help I can get. There is no discernible brand on the window by the way.
