need small window latch

A home owner from Louisiana says:

seems to be about 5/8 of an inch wide and 2-1/4 inch long (not including the part that extends out into the aisle). It's quite small and I've had trouble finding something to meet these specs

Thanks for posting. I suspect this might be either the 2-3/8" 26-393A or 26-393B Tilt Latches. You'll need to remove an old one from the window and compare with the diagrams below. Note that the 26-393B has the circular grooves on its edges that distinguish it. Let me know if you think one of these could work for you.
