How can we go about getting a new key

Thanks for posting! We only sell two types of key blanks, however, I am not sure that these will be what you need. We have the 40-900, made for storm door locks and we have the 82-322, which is made for patio door locks.

We would not be able to shape them to fit your lock, so you would need to purchase the key blanks and take them to a locksmith to inquire about getting a new lock.

The other option is to replace the key lock, which will come with (2) new keys. I'll need to see a photo of your key lock to determine if there is a replacement we can offer.
