This part screws into the top of the window inside the channel. I guess it's a top sash guide, but I have no clue which one will work.

Thanks for reaching out to us! We do not carry an exact replacement match for the type of top sash guide you are have; unfortunately, yours is no longer made. That said, our 18-009 might be worth considering as a replacement.

You will need to trim down the edges from the top of the guide to install them. Take a look at the measurements and see if this could work for your repairs.

Please be aware that any altered parts are non-returnable.
