Looking for seals for this door. Old seals pretty much disintegrated. Hoping you can help us. Do new seal come with instructions how to get them in the channel

Thanks for posting. It looks like this wool pile has a base that is close to 3/8" wide. The closest we have to that is our 58-161, which has a 11/32" wide base, as well as a 11/32" tall pile. Please compare and see if you think this might work for your door. As far as installation goes, it's a lot easier when there's opening at either end of the slot to manipulate the wool pile through. If there is none, it gets a bit trickier. You'd have to insert one side of the base into the slot, then firmly work in the other side of the base using a putty knife. Again, it can be time consuming, but without an opening in the channel to slide the pile in and out you won't have any other options. Let me know if you have further questions.
