our sliding glass door won't roll!

Hi I have just discovered this company, I am hoping you can help us replace this old roller? There is no brand on it and we have no idea if you can find these but they are shot so please let me know! Thanks!!

Thanks for contacting us. It's tough to make out what your roller is while it's still installed, but I think it may be a match for our 81-092. Your next step should be to remove the original and ensure that the design and size matches up to our product. If it differs in any way, let me know and we can pursue other options.
