Thanks for reaching out! Your channel balance appears to be the S795-36 with a 36C stamp option and a 15-195B 1-1/4" open shoe. The shoe is sold separately from the balance but there is a video below that shows how to swap the shoe out with the one that comes installed on the replacements. Your existing balances appear to be missing the top hook or clip. If yours uses a screw tab, then you will be able to use the channel as is; however, if it is a hook, you may be able to use the 26-200 to install the balances. You'll just need to be sure that the installation hole at the top of the window frame is square in shape. Should you find that your balance needs a hook and the hole is not square, this will need to be a custom assembly. If you are unsure, I'll need to see a photo of hole at the top of the window.
