Pella sliding patio doors; sliding portions slide towards each other and lock. fixed panels attached to sliding on each end; four panels in all.
Number above from the edge between the 2 glass panels. Rollers appear worn out and door jumps track.Would like to order new rollers.

Hello there. I'm afraid I can't cross-reference that code to any specific part. Pella sliding glass doors tend to use either the 81-244, or the 81-098 (we carry a generic version of the 81-098 as well: see the 81-249). Ultimately you'll need to remove your old rollers and compare to see if either of these match what you need. Let me know what you find.
