Hello, Take a look at our 15-180 pivot shoe that uses the Series 190 coil springs. Look over these parts and related items to replace any damaged parts of your coil balance assembly. As for your pivot bar, I don't believe that we carry an exact replacement but you could consider our 26-030 or 26-226. Review the dimensions shown on our product pages to determine if either option could work for your repair. I'll also include the dimensions of the 26-452 that you were looking at below. Thank you!
