A home owner from CA says:
I have an old broken Caldwell window balance with the stamp "19 4 AP CALDWELL" on it (see image attachment). Do you have the replacement item for it?

Hello, thank you for posting,

To further review for a replacement, we will need to see clearer images of the top and bottom nylon attachments to confirm the series needed. Thank you!

A home owner from CA says:
Thank you for the reply. I am attaching more top and bottom nylon images. The stamp is "19 4 AP CALDWELL"

Thank you for the additional pictures,

It appears you have either our Series 351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or Series 390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 20" long and you will need a 1940 stamp.

Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions.
