Hey there! Your operator is an extremely old Andersen awning window operator. It is not made anymore and there was no alternative ever made. 

If you are willing, you may be able to use our 39-389 or our 39-390 but it will take a lot of work to convert this part in the window. Take a look at the attached video to see if this might give you some guidance when installing these operators.
