replacement sash balance

Can you help me figure out which part replaces the sash balance in the picture. Seems like the important number is 3568n where n is covered up. The window is an Anderson double hung 32x52 window.

Thanks for writing in! I am confident that we can supply you with a replacement however, the number provided does not provide enough information to identify the proper replacement. It is possible that there may be other stamps on the balance that may help to determine the correct replacement.

You may need to remove them the balance to expose those stamps.

OK Attached is a much better photo. I can see that the numbers are: 827-3-56-8-91
I think the last three are month and year of manufacture.

Thanks for confirming this information. You'll need the 24-837 Andersen Sash Balance. This is used for balances stamped with an 823, 827, 831, and 837.
