4 inches short arm
5 3/8 to 5.5 long arm
under window plate 7 inches

Hello! Looks like you need a new hinge assembly. Your exact style isn't made anymore, but as long as the base track is 10" long then you should be bale to use our 36-048 without issue. Just make sure to replace both the top and bottom at the same time; you never want to mix old and new hinges. The video below will go into more detail as to how these work.
