Thank you for reaching out to us. This is an old nylon double-leg corner that hasn't been made in a long time. The good news is that you can use our 95-002 corner key as a replacement. What you do is use the 95-002 to hold the frame together while you install it into the channel that is closest to the screen groove. You'll then need to use one leg of your existing nylon corner (or, alternatively, one leg of the 95-002 ) to hold inside the slide latches on the bottom channel of the screen frame. It's a little awkward, but it does work.

A home owner from NJ says:
Hello! okay and thank you! i am happy to hear that the 95-002 will do the job. i am going to purchase them. Thank you!

A home owner from Dallas Texas says:
I purchased Item 95-002 3/16" x 3/16" Capitol Window Panel Corner for my 8500 American Craftsman window frame. The fit on the corner is very tight. Do I need to hammer the corners in, or should they slide in without force?

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

The corner is a self-locking type which you will need to "hammer" in place so to speak. It should be tight, but not too tight as to damage the frame. You're also more than welcome to send us a photo of your corner key for us to take a look and help identify it.
