What is the replacement part I need to replace bot of these? One attached to the window they are slow to return and do not provide any support to the window.

Hello there. Is the metal channel, not include the nylon attachments at both ends, 11" long? If so, see either our S351-11 or S390-11. The only difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the measurement from 'heel' to 'toe'. See the illustration below. Compare both balances with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case for a stamp option choose 1020.

That is perfect. You identified the two I need. I will order shortly but first can you help with the second set I need? These are 18" long and the same 1" channel depth at the bottom Photo now attached shows the current stamp

Sure thing. If the attachments on this 18" balance are the same as the 11" ones, and if the shoe depth is 1", then this is a S351-18, with a stamp of 1710. Let me know if you need anything else.
